SEATOA - The SouthEast Chapter of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors is a professional association composed of individuals and organizations serving citizens through city and county government and regional authorities in the states of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee in the development, regulation, and administration of voice, video, data communications and information systems services.

On January 30, 2009, SEATOA participated with several other organizations and communities in filing with the Federal Communications Commission a “Petition for Declaratory Ruling that AT&T’s Method of Delivering Public, Educational and Government Access Channels Over Its U-verse System is Contrary to the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and Applicable Commission Rules”.
